What we'll need from you for the pilot

  1. Your opening hours, closed days, how long a visit lasts, and your services with starting prices.
  2. A Google Calendar Aria can book into (a new one just for Aria is fine).
  3. A WhatsApp number for Aria. Meta (the company behind WhatsApp) needs to verify the clinic's business for this, and we help with each step.
  4. One person at the clinic who checks bookings each day.
  5. Your OK on the short line Aria shows patients about what it stores.
  6. 15 minutes at the end of each week to tell us what worked.
